Our Young Warriors program is specially designed to engage and empower 9 to 15 year olds to be their best. Using fun and effective teaching methods, we take our students through progressively more difficult skills and challenges. After twelve months of training, students are introduced to controlled fighting or sparring as a fun and safe way to test their skills. For those who want extra challenges, there are opportunities to compete at state, national and even international levels.
Throughout their training, all students are expected to follow our strict code of behaviour, which focuses on confidence, dedication, discipline and respect for self and others. More powerful than any kick, block or strike, it is this development of self-mastery and resilience that helps our students be their best selves in every situation.
